1. Shipping: Sage Greys currently offers free shipping on US orders.
a. Shipping Methods: Sage Greys currently offers one shipping option.
b. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. We will provide estimated delivery dates during the checkout process.
c. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed.
2. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
a. International Orders: In the future, we may offer international shipping to select locations. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
b. Shipping Restrictions: Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to legal restrictions. Please review the product descriptions for details.
3. Returns and Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, you will need to first send us a picture of the damaged product at concierge@sagegreys.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a shipping label for you to return the item. Once we received proof that the damaged item has been shipped, we will ship your replacement within 24 hours.
a. Return Policy: All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange(s) only damaged in transit.
b. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be provided with instructions on the return process.
c. Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns.
4. Refunds: All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange(s) only damaged in transit.
a. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
b. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
