How do I place an order?

There are two paths for you to place an order. The first way to place an order is by clicking on the shopping bag under each product on the Collection Page. The second option is on the product detail page by clicking the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. Once you are ready to purchase your product(s) you will click the shopping bag in the top righthand corner and then click "Checkout." Lastly, you will follow the steps to provide your shipping and payment information to confirm your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and more. You can choose your preferred payment option during checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange(s) damaged in transit.
To be eligible for an exchange, you will need to first send us a picture of the damaged product at concierge@sagegreys.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a shipping label for you to return the item. Once we received proof that the damaged item has been shipped, we will ship your replacement within 24 hours.
